AEBenefits offers different tiers of membership cards: Pearl, Sapphire, and Diamond. Each tier offers different levels of benefits and privileges at our partner establishments.
Membership cards are valid for one year from the date of issuance. The annual fee for each card is as follows:
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Cards may not be shared with others and must only be used by the registered cardholder.
By submitting a reservation form, you express interest in obtaining a membership card. Our team will contact you to confirm your reservation and provide payment instructions.
Payment must be made in full before the card is issued. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payment methods available in the UAE.
All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
The discount card must be presented at partner establishments to avail of the offered benefits. Some partners may require advance reservations or have specific terms for using the discounts.
Benefits and discounts are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. AEBenefits is not responsible for any changes in offers by partner establishments.
Cardholders must comply with the specific terms and conditions of each partner establishment when using their discount card.
Membership fees are non-refundable once the card has been issued. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of AEBenefits management.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact our customer service team. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the membership period.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy, describes how we collect, use, and disclose information about our users.
AEBenefits is not responsible for the quality of products or services offered by partner establishments. Any disputes regarding the quality of products or services should be addressed directly with the partner establishment.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
