Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our premium discount cards.

1. General Policy

At AEBenefits LLC, we are committed to providing premium quality service with the same dedication to excellence that the fazaa program is known for. We want you to be completely satisfied with your membership card and the benefits it provides.

However, due to the nature of our service, we have a limited refund policy as outlined below.

2. Before Card Issuance

If you have made a payment for a membership card but have not yet received the physical or digital card:

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
  • Please include your order number, full name, and contact information.
  • Processing of refunds may take up to 14 business days, depending on your payment method.

3. After Card Issuance

Once a membership card (physical or digital) has been issued and activated:

  • Membership fees are generally non-refundable.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the membership period.
  • In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of AEBenefits management.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Card Malfunction: If your physical card is defective and cannot be used, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Service Unavailability: If a significant number of our partner establishments cease to honor the discount card within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged multiple times for the same membership, we will refund the duplicate charges.

Documentation or evidence may be required to support refund requests under exceptional circumstances.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name]"
  2. Include your full name, contact information, and order number
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request
  4. Attach any relevant documentation or evidence if applicable

Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days to process.
  • Other payment methods may have different processing times.

7. Cancellation of Membership

If you wish to cancel your membership without requesting a refund:

  • You may continue to use your card until the end of the current membership period.
  • Your membership will not auto-renew if you have notified us of your cancellation.
  • To cancel, please email [email protected] with the subject line "Membership Cancellation".

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
